1. Cancellation Requests

All requests for trip cancellations or itinerary modifications must be submitted in writing via email to shalini@elitetravelconsultants.com from the registered email address used at the time of booking. Verbal or informal requests will not be entertained.

2. Refund Eligibility & Vendor Terms

Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation terms of underlying travel providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour agencies, visa authorities):

• Consultancy & Service Charges: Professional consultancy fees charged directly by Elite Travel Consultants are non-refundable once travel planning or visa processing services have commenced.
• Third-Party Vendor Charges: Cancellation fees imposed by airlines, hotels, or cruise lines will be deducted from the total refund amount as per their respective cancellation policies.
• Non-Refundable Services: Visa application fees, insurance premiums, and non-refundable promotional hotel/flight tariffs cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

3. Refund Processing Timeline

Once a cancellation request is approved and verified, eligible refund amounts will be initiated promptly.

4. Unused Services & No-Shows

No refunds or credits will be issued for unused portions of an itinerary, late arrivals, missed flights, or no-shows at hotels/tours after the scheduled travel start date.

5. Force Majeure

Elite Travel Consultants is not liable for refunds in cases where trip cancellations or modifications arise from events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, political instability, flight cancellations, or government-mandated travel restrictions.
